Tanya
Tanya has more than fifteen years experience in the wine industry. She was recently named as an Italian Wine Ambassador, holds a WSET Level 3 certificate with distinction, completed the Master of Champagne program, and earned her Italian Wine Scholar certification. She has a particular interest in heroic viticulture, loves sparkling (especially Champagnes) and of course adores Oregon wines. Tanya joined the wine industry in 2013 after a long career in marketing, brand management and digital strategy at various agencies and for social purpose organizations.
Shellie
Shellie began her love of all things food and beverage in 2005 while attending Le Cordon Bleu in Portland. There she gained an appreciation for the art of food and the love that goes into it. After graduating, she worked in restaurants and catering. After that, she worked various positions at Whole Foods Market. She started as a cook, but quickly moved up to buying, and eventually management positions. She enjoys pouring for M&Co so she can continue talking about her love of wine and food.
Lisa
Lisa is an industry veteran. She has a love of service, delicious food, wine, and travel. She feels very lucky to have managed to bundle all of those up into work. She got her start in the early 80s in fine dining before moving on to wholesale wine sales. She managed import portfolios for both Galaxy Wine Company and Oregon Brand Management. For her, the best part was meeting up with interesting and wonderful people, visiting beautiful wine corners of the world, eating platefuls of mouth-watering food and the wine of course.
Lynn
I worked in sales and marketing for 10 years in the food service industry and afterwards spent many years as a District Manager overseeing multi-unit retail businesses across the country.
During my business travel, I was able to enjoy the wines of Napa Valley, California to Westport, Massachusetts. It gave me a real appreciation for those in the industry.
After retiring but still wanting to work, I was able to find my niche pouring for M&Co where I can be around those who appreciate fine wines.
Kim
Born in Portland Oregon and living in the Willamette Valley most of my life, I have watched the Pacific Northwest blossom into the world class wine destination it has become. I have a deep rooted passion for the unique terroir and exceptional wines of the region. I am always seeking opportunities to expand my understanding of the wine making process. I have spent the last few years as a pourer for different vineyards and delight in sharing my appreciation for the story and art of winemaking with the public.
Richard
Hey there, I’m Richard Glass, a born-and-raised Oregonian with a lifelong love of hospitality, design, and great wine. I spent years in Chicago building, designing, and co-owning restaurants and music clubs before coming back home to Portland, where I opened a spot that even landed on Esquire Magazine’s list of Best New Restaurants. These days, I get to share my passion for wine with M&Co, connecting people through tastings that are all about good stories, local flavor, and a little Northwest charm. I’ve transitioned into real estate now, but I’ll always keep my toes in the world of fine food and wine...because, honestly, some things are just too good to give up!
